Shipping & Returns

We want to protect the pristine condition of our collectible products. We make every effort in packing and shipping our products so they arrive safely to you. The packing materials found in our products serve only as protection for the product within. If the damage occurred as a result of shipping, and is not an error on our part, customers will need to make a claim with the delivery service.

 

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local delivery services.

 

International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

Due to the exclusive/custom nature of our products we do NOT offer refunds as all sales are final. Please ask all questions before you purchase.

If the product is defective, damaged or incorrect, as a result of our error, we will exchange the product for a new one, if available. Customers seeking exchanges must notify us through email within 5 business days of receiving the damaged item. All products must be returned with 100% of the original contents (all accessories, packing, etc). Items are not returnable if they are opened, or show signs of wear.
